Common questions

Standard ($500/mo → $10k) handles targeting, outreach, and submissions. It sources candidates and delivers interested ones to your Slack, and you take it from there. Full Service is the full agency-style engagement: it adds first-round screening calls, screening notes on every submission, and a resume when we can get one. Every candidate you see has been screened on a call first, so your team skips first rounds entirely.

Our recruiting team runs a first-round screen covering motivation for the move, level confirmation, must-have skills, compensation range, timeline, and location fit. Questions are fully customizable: tell us what you want to filter for and we'll cover it. You get the notes and the resume (when available) before you spend a minute on the candidate.

Not on this plan. Full Service is more work on our end per role, so we save our trial capacity for the Standard plan. You can cancel anytime with no contract, and monthly payments already made count toward the placement fee.

Every $5,000 you pay counts against the $30k placement fee. If we place someone in month four, you've already paid $20k, so you owe $10k on hire. If we place in month six, you owe $0.

Yes. On Full Service we run a weekly 15-minute call to review the pipeline, calibrate on candidates, and adjust targeting. It keeps the search tight and the feedback loop fast.

Yes. No long-term contract. If you pause with credits accrued and restart within 90 days, the credits carry over.
