Tell us about your role and we'll reach out within 1 business day.
For teams that want a normal recruiting engagement — at a much friendlier price.
You still get sourcing, personalized outreach, and Slack delivery. Our recruiter runs the screening on top of that.
Bryan runs a first-round screen with every interested candidate—motivation, level, must-have skills, comp, timing, location. Fully customizable: tell us what to filter for and we’ll cover it.
You see what Bryan covered before you spend a minute on the candidate. Level, match, compensation, availability—all there.
Most candidates share one during screening. We attach it to the submission so you have it before the first interview.
If the candidate doesn’t match your criteria after the call, we tell them it’s not a fit. You only see candidates we’d hire.
Both plans credit your monthly fee toward the placement. Full Service adds the screening.

Standard Subgraph ($2,500/mo → $15K) sources candidates and delivers interested ones to your Slack. You take it from there. Full-service adds first-round screening calls, screening notes on every submission, and a resume when we can get one. Your team skips first rounds entirely.
Bryan runs a first-round screen covering motivation for the move, level confirmation, must-have skills, compensation range, timeline, and location fit. Questions are fully customizable—tell us what you want to filter for and we'll cover it. You get the notes and the resume (when available) before you spend a minute on the candidate.
Not on this plan. Full-service is more work on our end per role, so we save our trial capacity for the sourcing-only plan. You can cancel anytime with no contract, and monthly payments already made count toward the placement fee.
Every $5,000 you pay counts against the $30K placement fee. If we place someone in month four, you've already paid $20K—you owe $10K on hire. If we place in month six, you owe $0.
Yes. No long-term contract. If you pause with credits accrued and restart within 90 days, the credits carry over.
Bryan Lee—15+ years recruiting at Google, Sequoia Capital, Uber, and Apple. Not a junior associate, not a hand-off after the kickoff call.
$30K all-in — not $50K. Monthly fees credit toward the placement, not on top of it.
