Every month you pay counts against the placement fee. On Standard, $2,500/mo credits against $15K. On Full Service, $5,000/mo credits against $30K. If we place someone in month three on Standard, would be billed $7,500 ($15,000 placement fee, minus $7,500 already paid).
The retainer keeps dedicated sourcing running on your role. Every dollar credits toward the placement, so you're not paying twice.
You only pay the months you stay subscribed. Pause or cancel anytime. No long-term contract, no pressure to close.
Standard only. We set up the role and start sending candidates immediately. After 14 days, if you're happy with the quality, we bill for the first month on day 15. If not, you owe nothing. You are still obligated to pay the $15k placement fee if you make a hire during the 14-day trial period. Full Service doesn't include a trial because the screening work is a sunk cost on our side.
