Should I do Standard or Full Service?

Honestly? For most teams, Standard.

Full Service runs the screening calls for you, but it costs $20k more on the placement. Those calls total maybe seven hours across a search, so you're spending $20k to save about $2k of your time, and handing off the first call, which can be where a founder or hiring manager wins a candidate over.

Got a role that needs a lot of screening, like a niche role behind a generic title, or genuinely can't spare the hours? Go Full Service. Otherwise, start with Standard, upgrade anytime.

Common questions

Standard handles targeting, outreach, and submissions. We source the right people, reach out on your behalf, and submit interested candidates to your Slack. You run the first calls. Full Service is the full agency-style engagement: everything in Standard, plus a first-round screening call, screening notes, and a resume on every submission. Everyone you see has been screened on a call first.
Every month you pay counts against the placement fee. On Standard, $500/mo credits against $10k. On Full Service, $5,000/mo credits against $30k. If we place someone in month three on Standard, you'd be billed $8,500 ($10,000 placement fee, minus $1,500 already paid).
The retainer keeps dedicated sourcing running on your role. Every dollar credits toward the placement, so you're not paying twice.
You only pay the months you stay subscribed. Pause or cancel anytime. No long-term contract, no pressure to close.
Standard only. We set up the role and start sending candidates immediately. After 14 days, if you're happy with the quality, we bill for the first month on day 15. If not, you owe nothing for the sourcing. (If you hire someone we sourced during the trial, the $10k placement fee still applies.) Full Service doesn't include a trial because the screening work is a real cost on our side.
Yes. Talk to us and we'll move you over. Monthly fees accrued on one plan carry over to the other.
Any role. Engineering is our core strength and where we do the bulk of our work, but the same process works just as well for product, design, leadership, and GTM (sales, CS, marketing). If you're hiring for it, we can source for it.
