I've spent 15+ years filling technical roles at Google, Sequoia, Uber, and Apple. I'm the recruiter working on your role—not a junior associate.

I built Subgraph because I was the customer—an engineering leader drowning in recruiting tools that still required me to do the recruiting.

Common questions

We deliver candidates continuously to your Slack, starting in days—not a slate after 3 weeks. No weekly calls, no pressure to close. And at $15K, our placement fee is less than half what agencies charge.

The retainer keeps dedicated sourcing running on your role, and every dollar credits toward the $15K placement fee. Agencies charge $30–50K per hire on contingent—if we place someone in month three, your total cost is $15K, not $45K.

We set up your role and start sending candidates immediately. After 14 days, if you're happy with the quality, you pay for the first month and billing continues monthly. If not, you owe nothing.

Pause or cancel anytime. No long-term contracts, no pressure to close.

Yes—product managers, designers, engineering leaders, and GTM roles (account executives, CSMs, marketing) all work well. Most customers start with engineering, which is where we do the bulk of our work, but the same process applies to any role.

We deliver candidates wherever your hiring workflow lives—Slack, email, Greenhouse, or Ashby. You approve candidates from the same place, and we handle scheduling from there.
